About the Role

This position combines Counterbalance FLT driving with general warehouse duties within the Packaging department at the Molson Coors Brewery in Tadcaster. You will move finished products and materials across the site, stacking pallets and supporting production flow. The working pattern is 39 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, on a rotating three-shift system covering early, late, and night shifts. Pay is £15.75 per hour under a temporary-to-permanent contract. Prior FLT certification and safe handling experience are essential, alongside physical capability for manual tasks. FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative – Packaging Department

· Shift Pattern: 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm / 10:00pm–6:00am

Pertemps are currently recruiting for FLT Drivers / Warehouse Operatives to join the Packaging department at the Molson Coors Brewery in Tadcaster.
This is a hands-on role combining Counterbalance FLT driving with general warehouse and packaging duties. You will support the movement of finished products and materials around the packaging operation, helping to keep production running smoothly.
Key Duties
· Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely around the site.
· Moving and stacking pallets of finished products.
· Loading and unloading vehicles.
· Moving materials and stock around the packaging area.
· Supporting the packaging/production team as required.
· Carrying out general warehouse and manual handling duties.
· Checking products and pallets for damage.
· Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
· Following all Health & Safety procedures and site rules.
· Carrying out other warehouse and packaging duties as required.
About You
· Previous Counterbalance FLT experience is essential.
· Previous warehouse, manufacturing or production experience is desirable.
· Comfortable carrying out both FLT and general warehouse duties.
· Able to work at pace in a busy environment.
· Good Health & Safety awareness.
· Reliable and hardworking.
· Flexible to work the rotating shift pattern, including nights.
