FLT Nights Supervisor

We are currently looking for a proactive and hands-on Night Operations Supervisor with Forklift Truck (FLT) experience to lead our warehouse operations during the overnight shift.This opportunity is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and can remain calm under pressure while leading by example. The Role As Night Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all overnight warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards are maintained at all times.Key responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating overnight shift operationsReporting any operational issues to senior managementAllocating delivery runs when required (full systems training provided)Safely operating forklift trucks to move palletised goods across the siteLoading and unloading vehicles in line with company procedures and schedulesAccurately scanning freight to meet network deadlinesEnsuring full compliance with Health and Safety regulationsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentSupporting general warehouse duties as needed About You To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a busy warehouse setting.We are looking for someone who is: Flexible and reliableExperienced with FLT operations (Counterbalance licence desirable, but training can be provided)IT literate and comfortable using warehouse ..... full job details .....
