Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Warehouse Operative with an FLT Licence to join a team in Plymouth on a temporary basis from 5 October 2026 to 7 January 2027.

This is a hands-on role involving the sorting, packing, loading and unloading of goods and supporting general warehouse operations.

• -15.50 per hour.

• 8am-6pm working hours.

• Temporary work from 5 October 2026 to 7 January 2027.

• Supportive local team environment.

• Correctly sort different types of products.

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing vehicles.

• Prepare goods for shipping.

• Assist with packing, sorting and unpacking different types of products.

• Keep the warehouse well prepared for shipping and receiving different types of goods.

• Valid FLT licence.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

• Ability to lift heavy items.

• Basic numeracy skills and ability to follow instructions.

• Good attention to detail when identifying materials and contaminants.
