FLT Driver Location: Barton Under NeedwoodDuration: 6 months in Doncaster while training then moving to Barton Under NeedwoodPay Rate: £16.42 PAYE per hour (flexible depending on experience) (Paid for travel time and milage) About the Role We are currently recruiting for an FLT Driver to support a project in an engineering environment. This role involves assisting with a product programme.This is a hands-on position combining forklift driving with basic mechanical/labouring duties, ideal for someone who is reliable, practical, and comfortable working in a workshop setting. Key Responsibilities Operating a Reach Truck FLT to move equipment around sitePositioning lifting equipment onto a designated work rigAssisting with basic rework tasks, including:Moving completed units to storage or dispatch areasWorking as part of a team to complete a high-volume project (approx. 600 units) Requirements Valid Reach Truck FLT licence (in-house licences accepted)Previous experience in a warehouse, engineering, or manufacturing environmentGood attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsComfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasksReliable and able to work as part of a team Working Hours Monday Thursday: 8am 4pmFriday: 8:30am 1:00pm Flexible working options available: Start or finish a little later or earlier depending on what''s required.
