We are seeking a reliable and proactive Freelance Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a full warehouse fit-out project commencing on 1st September 2025.
Project Overview:
A comprehensive 26-week programme involving the Installation of a 3-tier mezzanine floor, refrigeration and freezer units, full facilities fit-out, flooring, ceilings, security cameras.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled with care to avoid damage
- Transport materials and equipment around site to support various trades and work areas
- Store materials safely and securely in designated areas, maintaining good housekeeping
- Assist with site logistics, including setting up laydown areas and managing material flow
- Support site supervisors with moving equipment, temporary works, and waste removal when needed
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults or defects immediately
- Ensure all lifting and moving activities comply with site safety regulations
- Use correct PPE at all times and follow site safety procedures
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings when required
- Remain vigilant and report unsafe practices or hazards on site
