About the Role
Pertemps Coventry Commercial is seeking experienced FLT Drivers to join their client in Wellesbourne, operating within an automotive operation handling car parts. This full-time position pays £13.71 per hour, with shifts from Monday to Thursday 6:15 AM to 15:15 PM and Friday 6:15 AM to 11:15 AM. Key responsibilities include operating VNA and Reach Truck FLTs, picking automotive parts from high-level racking, and completing packing and general warehouse duties. Applicants must hold valid VNA and Reach Truck licences, though the client may upskill suitable candidates. Comfort working at height and retrieving stock from high racking is essential, alongside reliability and a safety-conscious approach. Previous warehouse experience is required.

Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Thursday – 6:15 AM - 15:15 PM
- Friday – 6:15 AM - 11:15 AM
- Operating VNA and Reach Truck FLTs

- Packing duties as required
- General warehouse duties within a fast-paced distribution environment
- Valid VNA and Reach Truck licences (essential) - client is willing to upskill
- Comfortable working at height and retrieving stock from high racking
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious individuals
- Previous warehouse and FLT experience preferred
- Full site induction provided
