Contract Type: Long-Term Ongoing (Temp to Perm)


Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Yard Person / Counterbalance FLT Licence (ideally double handler) to join our client''s team in Castleford, West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading & Unloading (60%): Safely and efficiently load/unload pallets from trucks.
• Yard Duties: Maintain yard organisation and assist with shunting vehicles or trailers as required.
• Manual Handling & Warehouse Work: Support general warehouse operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running.
• Stock Movement: Operate a counterbalance forklift to move stock within the yard and warehouse.

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on / 4 off
• Hours on days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Overtime: Available on additional shifts, with higher pay after 45 hours per week

Pay Rate:

• Weekly pay -604.77 on days
• OT paid at -15.57 ph

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
