FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Shipley.Hours:Monday to Friday - 9am - 17:45pmThe company manufactures and supplies specialist products to customers across a range of industries. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with the use of a Counterbalance FLT to move materials and products safely around the site.FLT License is not essential but experience on a truck is - they are happy to provide training on site.You will also be responsible for locking up the site at the end of the shift, so reliability and trustworthiness are particularly important.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating a Counterbalance FLT to move materials and products around the siteLoading and unloading deliveriesMoving stock and materials safely within the warehouse and production areasPicking and preparing materials as requiredSupporting general warehouse and production dutiesKeeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organisedFollowing all health and safety proceduresCompleting any required paperwork or stock checksEnsuring the site is secure and locking up at the end of the shiftSkills:Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLTMUST have a UK Driving LicenseA current FLT licence is not essential, as on-site training will be providedGood warehouse or manufacturing experienceComfortable carrying out physical, hands-on workReliable and trustworthyGood attention to detailAble to work independentlyPrevious ..... full job details .....
