FLT Driver/ Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operative with an FLT licence to join our client''s day shift team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by handling tasks related to stock management, materials handling, and logistics. This position involves forklift truck driving/loading and requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining an organised warehouse environment.Job Title: FLT Driver (Days) Location: Shipley BD17 Salary: 13.50 per hour with option for overtime. Hours: 9:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Employment Type: Temp to PermKey Responsibilities:Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently to move materials around the site.Build pallets and prepare goods for shipment.Perform accurate picking and packing of orders.Maintain cleanliness and conduct regular equipment checks.Load and unload deliveries.Transport goods between departments and storage areas.Maintain accurate records of stock movements.Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults.Support general warehouse duties as required.
