Counterbalance FLT Driver – Night Shift

Location: Harworth, DN11
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | 10:00pm – 6:00am
Contract: Ongoing Work

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy distribution operation based in Harworth, DN11.

This is a hands-on Counterbalance FLT Driver role within a fast-paced warehouse and yard environment. The successful Counterbalance FLT Driver will be responsible for safely moving, loading and unloading products while supporting the wider warehouse operation.

The Role – Counterbalance FLT Driver

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and containers.
• Moving and positioning pallets around the warehouse and yard.
• Loading and unloading products safely and accurately.
• Supporting warehouse colleagues with general duties when required.
• Ensuring products are handled safely and securely.
• Carrying out daily pre-use checks on the FLT.
• Reporting any defects or maintenance issues immediately.
• Working to delivery and unloading deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following all company Health & Safety and MHE operating procedures.
• Working safely and efficiently at all times.

What We''re Looking For

The successful Counterbalance FLT Driver will need:

• A current, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence from a recognised training provider.
• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience.
• Experience working within a busy warehouse, distribution or yard environment.
• Excellent awareness of workplace Health & Safety.
• Good attention to detail when handling stock.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to support general warehouse duties when required.

Shift & Pay

Monday to Friday
10:00pm – 6:00am
£14.00 per hour

This is ongoing work with the opportunity for the right Counterbalance FLT Driver to establish themselves within a busy and growing operation.
