FLT Driver

Pertemps Crewe are currently looking for an FLT Driver to join their client’s team based in Middlewich.

Duties of this FLT Driver role:

• Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment (MHE)
• Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers
• Accurately pull orders based on location, part number, batch and quantity
• Placard, weigh, and record dimensions on appropriate paperwork
• Sort outbound freight based on carrier lane assignments
• Over-box pallets, wrap pallets and strap pallets in preparation for shipment
• Perform clean-up activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness

Skills required for this FLT Driver role:

• Counterbalance Licence
• Good work history
• Must be flexible to work weekends if needed paid at an enhanced rate
• Must be a team player

 

Details of this FLT Role:

• Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm
  
  
• Hourly pay: £12.56ph - £25.12ph
  
  
• Location: Middlewich
  
  
• Duration: Ongoing with a view of a permanent role for the right candidate
