We are recruiting for Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) andamp; Pallet Truck Operators to join a growing logistics business. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team from the very beginning, supporting operations at the Crick site until January before transferring to a brand-new warehouse facility in Rugby.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse
- Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements
- Support general warehouse duties when required
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
- Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately
What We''re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, although full in-house training is available
- Pallet truck experience desirable
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
