FLT Driver

Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy site located close to Stallingborough.

This role involves supporting the movement and organisation of materials across the site while working as part of an established team. For the right candidate, there is the potential for the role to be continuous, with opportunities to progress within the business.

Location

Site based close to Stallingborough

Pay Rate

£14.50 per hour

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
6am- 6pm (4-days with 1 day off during the week)

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the movement of bales delivered to site
• Transporting materials to storage areas and production locations
• Supporting other site and warehouse duties when required
• Working closely with the existing team to maintain site operations

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 6 months continuous experience in a similar FLT / Counterbalance role
• Must hold an in-date FLT certificate
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Skills andamp; Attributes

• Willingness to support other areas of the site, not just FLT duties
• Ability to work effectively within an established team
• Good awareness of site safety and operational procedures

Desirable

• Candidates who also hold a Telehandler licence will be given preference
