We''re currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance or Bendi) to join their hardworking, supportive team. Your Role as an FLT Driver: Operate a Counterbalance or Reach FLT (depending on department) Load and unload containers safely and efficiently Pick and store stock accurately within the warehouse Perform manual handling of heavy items as required Follow manufacturing and warehouse processes Comply with all health and safety procedures What We re Looking For: Valid FLT license (Counterbalance or Bendi) Proven experience operating a forklift in a factory or warehouse setting Comfortable with manual handling and physical work Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors Strong time management and communication skills A proactive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly): Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am 2:00pm Friday: 6:00am 11:00am Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm 10:00pm Friday: 11:00am 4:00pm What You ll Get in Return: Long-term opportunity with the chance of permanent employment Free onsite parking Uniform provided Access to a large canteen with hot ..... full job details .....
