Flt Driver

Interaction are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver (FLT Counterbalance) to join a fast-paced warehouse, yard, and production environment.

This is a physically demanding role involving manual handling, heavy lifting, and outdoor work, supporting the movement of building materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials within the yard, warehouse, and production site
• Organise stock for dispatch, deliveries, and goods-in
• Support the production and warehouse team to meet targets
• Carry out warehouse duties, yard operative tasks, and site housekeeping
• Perform quality control checks and report any issues
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Valid, in-date accreditted Counterbalance FLT Licence (5 tonne preferred)
• Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Typical hours: 07:30 – 16:30
