About the Role

Pertemps Leicester Industrial seeks FLT Drivers – Days for a Leicestershire warehouse. This temporary post pays £13.00 to £13.59 hourly. Two rotas exist: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, or a 4-on 4-off pattern, 6pm to 6am. Duties cover operating a counterbalance truck safely, loading and unloading vehicles, shifting stock within the warehouse and yard, plus general tasks when needed. Candidates require a valid B1 counterbalance licence, recognised across the industry, alongside prior forklift experience. Reliability, a strong work ethic and teamwork suit this position. Immediate starts are available with ongoing work. Health and safety rules must be followed at all times.

FLT Counterbalance Driver – Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation.
Location: Braunstone
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
1x 2pm to 10pm - Monday to Friday
1 × 6pm to 6am - 4on 4off

The Role:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock around the warehouse and yard
Supporting general warehouse duties when required
Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (B1) – must be an industry recognised licence
Previous FLT experience
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work well within a team
