FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver

Nelson, Lancashire - commutable from Burnley, Colne, Accrington, Blackburn, Darwen, Preston, Clitheroe, Skipton and surrounding areas
-14.36 per hour + benefits
12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Our client is seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver to support their busy warehouse and production operation in Nelson. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established FMCG business offering stable long-term work and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks across the site.
• Supply raw materials to production lines and remove finished goods.
• Load and unload vehicles following site safety standards.
• Record stock movements accurately using handheld scanners or basic IT systems.
• Keep work areas safe, clean and well organised.
• Support warehouse and production teams with additional duties when required.

About You

• Must hold a valid, external Counterbalance and Reach licence.
• Proven FLT driving experience in a warehouse, logistics or FMCG environment.
• Safety-conscious with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible and reliable, able to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
