About the Role

Rapier Employment seeks a FLT Driver - Counterbalance (Permanent) for a customer site on Fradley Park in Lichfield. This full-time night role runs Monday to Friday, 20:00–04:30, with a 30-minute unpaid break. Roughly 75% of the shift involves operating a counterbalance truck, alongside general paperwork and some handball. Pay ranges from £14.45 to £15.45 per hour, including a £40 weekly performance bonus. Applicants must hold a valid counterbalance licence and bring at least one year of practical experience. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. We are recruiting for FLT drivers to work from our customer's site on Fradley Park.
Main job description:-

Monday to Friday
NIGHT SHIFT
Hours of work: 20:00-04:30 (30 min unpaid break)
General paperwork - 75% will be spent on the truck
Some handball
Working part of a dedicated team
Rate of pay £14.45 per hour Basic (£40 per week performance pay)

Ideally you will have:-

Hold a valid counterbalance licence
Have a positive attitude
A willingness to learn
1 year of practical experience
