About the Role
Manpower UK is recruiting an experienced FLT Driver for a busy site near Immingham. This temporary position runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, paying up to £14 per hour. Own transport is advised due to the site location. Key duties include overseeing bale movement, safely transporting materials to storage and production zones, operating counterbalance equipment, supporting other operational areas, and collaborating with the team to maintain smooth workflows. Adherence to health and safety procedures is essential. Applicants need a minimum of six months’ continuous experience in a similar FLT or counterbalance role with a valid licence.

Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the movement of bales delivered onto site
* Transporting materials safely to storage and production areas
* Operating FLT equipment in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Supporting other operational areas of the site when required
* Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth site operations
* Adhering to all health and safety procedures
What We''re Looking For
Experience
* Minimum of 6 months'' continuous experience in a similar FLT / Counterbalance role
* Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance certificate with the ability to evidence experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
Skills andamp; Attributes
* Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
* Happy to assist with duties outside of FLT driving when required
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently within an established team
* Flexible and proactive attitude
Desirable
* Telehandler licence and experience would be advantageous
