About the Role
Manpower UK seeks an FLT/Counterbalance Operative for a temporary post on the outskirts of Louth. The successful candidate will operate a counterbalance truck safely, support warehouse and yard tasks, move stock, and use scanning equipment to track goods. Hours run Monday to Thursday, 11am to 7pm, plus Sunday, 7am to 6pm, with weekend work each week. Own transport is essential, as no public transport serves the site. Applicants must have prior forklift experience. Pay reaches £14.21 per hour. Duties also include assisting across other operational areas when needed, so flexibility and teamwork matter.
Manpower are recruiting to join a long-standing team supporting the Warehousing and Operations side on Site. This role is ideal for an experienced FLT Driver looking to work in a busy and supportive environment.
Location
- Outskirts of Louth
- Own transport essential due to site location (no public transport available)
Shift Pattern
- Mon-Thurs- 11am-7pm
- Sun- 7am-6pm
Weekend work is required on a weekly basis.

£14.21 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Supporting warehouse and yard operations
- Moving and organising stock within the yard and warehouse areas
- Using scanning equipment to track and manage stock
- Assisting across different operational roles when required
What We''re Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience working as a FLT Driver in a similar environment
- Minimum 1 year of Counterbalance FLT experience (must be able to evidence)
Qualifications
- Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence
Skills andamp; Attributes
- Confident using scanning equipment
- Flexible and willing to support different operational tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have reliable transport, live locally, or not rely on public transport due to site location
