DUTIES

• Safely operate the forklift to move and transport materials around the workplace.
• Deliver materials, parts, and supplies to welders and other work areas.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and production areas.
• Move steel, pipes, pallets, and other heavy materials as required.
• Keep materials organized and stored safely in designated areas.
• Follow all forklift safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Inspect the forklift before use and report any problems.
• Assist welders and production staff by providing materials when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate material movement.
