FLT (COUNTERBALANCE) DRIVERS

Our client, a globally recognised Brewery, based in Tadcaster, require further Counterbalance FLT Drivers on site. 

Job Information:

- The work available is on an adhoc basis, where you would be allocated shifts anywhere between 3-5 shifts per week. 
- Each shifts being anywhere from 10 - 12 hours long. 
- All workers must be flexible on working hours, as the client would need you on both days AND nights in the same week. 
- The first 5 days would be training based, which would then lead into your working shift patterns. 
- All FLT Drivers will be directly informed by the client on Thursday regarding upcoming shifts available. 

Critical Information: 

- Workers MUST have a valid and in-date Counterbalance licence
- Must have Safety boots PPE 
- Hourly Rate: £14.48 per hour 
- Shifts will fall on weekends - client expects full flexibility behind working rotas 

FLT duties and responsibilities: 

- Loading and unloading
- Identify damages
- Report shortages
- Report quality deficiencies
- Transport of raw materials to production workstations
- Inspection of machinery and vehicle defects
- Determine the need for repairs
- Keep updated records of inventory
- Produce activity logs
- Comply with company policies and guidelines
- Assist in keeping a safe environment
