Location: Warwick
Pay: £13.70 per hour during 12-week agency probation
Shift: Monday to Friday, 13:30 - 21:30
Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity
 
Recruitable Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Warwick for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with the potential to move into a permanent position after a successful probation period.
 
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the warehouse and operational team with FLT duties, while also assisting with basic computer-based tasks where required.
Duties will include:

• Operating an FLT Counterbalance truck safely and efficiently
• Moving, loading and unloading goods
• Supporting warehouse and stock movement duties
• Using systems such as Outlook and Excel
• Completing basic admin or stock-related tasks
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Basic computer skills, ideally including Outlook and Excel
• Good attention to detail
• A reliable and positive attitude
• Ability to work the afternoon shift pattern

Pay & Hours
During the initial 12-week probation period, you will be paid through the agency at:
£13.70 per hour
Monday to Friday, 13:30 - 21:30
