Key Responsibilities Operate shredding and recycling equipment safely. Collect, empty, and replace factory bins and recycling containers. Mix and batch liquid materials following instructions. Operate a forklift (counterbalance/reach) to move and load materials. Maintain good housekeeping and follow all HandS procedures. Work effectively as part of a two-person team. About You Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance). Experience in a factory, recycling, or manufacturing environment preferred. Physically fit with good manual handling awareness. Team player with a positive, safety-first attitude.
