About the Role

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will work in Castleford on a temporary basis with a temp-to-permanent pathway. The role pays £604 to £604.77 per week and involves a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. Your main duties include loading and unloading palletised goods, operating the counterbalance truck across the yard and warehouse, and performing yard shunting tasks. You will also assist with general warehouse duties and manual handling. A valid counterbalance licence is essential, and double handler experience is preferred. This position offers consistent, long-term hours and the chance to secure a permanent role with the employer.
