Our client is a leading UK supplier of packaging products, based in Irlam, Manchester. They are dedicated to providing high-quality products and outstanding service to their customers.

We are currently seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our dynamic team. The role primarily involves the efficient handling of goods, including loading and unloading containers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a Forklift Truck (FLT) to move and handle goods within the warehouse.
• Assist with the accurate loading and unloading of containers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the assembly and processing of packaging products.
• Maintain a clean and well-organised workspace, in line with health and safety regulations.
• Carry out any additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is essential.
• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Compliance with health and safety standards.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 

  08:30 - 17:00

• Friday: 

  08:30 - 16:00

• 39-hour working week, including a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
