Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver
Location: LE67 Coalville
Shifts (Not rotating):
* Days: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* Afternoons: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
* Nights: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
Pay:
* Days: £13.25 per hour
* Nights: £14.50 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our team in Coalville. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a variety of shift options to suit your schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and handling of goods, contributing to the smooth operations of the warehouse.

Key Duties:
* Operate a Counterbalance FLT to safely load, unload, and move goods around the warehouse.
* Perform stock rotation and ensure products are stored correctly and safely.
* Assist with the receipt and dispatch of goods, checking orders and quantities.
* Maintain accurate records of goods movements within the warehouse.
* Carry out daily inspections of the FLT to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Key Requirements:
* Valid Counterbalance FLT license.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
