Hexagon Recruitment is expanding and we re looking for a Yard Operative to join a busy waste and recycling site in Deeside, Flintshire.Do you hold a valid 360 Excavator licence and Forklift (FLT Counterbalance) licence? Can you reliably commute to Deeside? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.The Role: Yard OperativeYou ll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly, working with machinery and supporting recycling processes.Key Responsibilities:• Loading and unloading containers and curtain siders using an FLT • Operating a 360 excavator to move, rotate, and sort materials • Carrying out daily machine checks and ensuring equipment is safe to use • Sorting recycling materials and removing non-conforming items • Maintaining high standards of site housekeeping • Following all Health and Safety and environmental procedures • Liaising with the weighbridge team on daily stock and materials • Supporting the team with general yard duties as required Hours and Pay• Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours per week) • Overtime available (weekdays and weekends) • £13.39 per hour What We re Looking For• Valid 360 Exc...
