Florist & Van Driver – London

Location: Burnham / London
Hours: Monday – Friday
Contract: full-time, 5am to 3pm, Monday to Friday 
Salary: £13.20

Vanta Staffing are looking for a talented and reliable Florist & Van Driver to join our team, combining creative floristry skills with the practical responsibility of delivering and maintaining floral displays across London.

This is a varied role that would suit an experienced florist who enjoys working independently, has a good eye for detail and is confident driving a van around London for 3 days per week, and in the warehouse in Burnham for the remaining 2 days. 

• Creating and preparing high-quality floral arrangements and displays.
• Maintaining and caring for flowers and plants to a high standard.
• Delivering and transporting flowers and floral displays across London.
• Driving the company van safely and responsibly.
• Loading and unloading flowers, equipment and displays.
• Visiting client sites and ensuring displays are presented professionally.
• Providing friendly and professional service to clients.
• Keeping the van, equipment and work areas clean and organised.
• Working independently while communicating effectively with the wider team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for flowers, plants and creative design.
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
• Is confident driving a van around London.
• Holds a full UK driving licence suitable for the vehicle.
• Is reliable, organised and punctual.
• Is comfortable working independently and managing their time.
• Has a friendly, professional manner when dealing with clients.
• Is physically fit enough to load and transport flowers and displays.
