Flooring Contracts Manager - 6-Month Contract Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a Flooring Contracts Manager on behalf of our client based in the Totton / Southampton area. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, ideal for someone with flooring or construction project experience.This role will involve overseeing and managing flooring projects from start to finish. Full training will be provided; however, previous industry experience is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all stages of flooring contracts, from site surveys and project planning through to final inspectionPrepare estimates and cost new enquiriesCoordinate labour and materials, including managing teams of fitters and scheduling worksSource materials such as carpet, vinyl, and LVTAct as the main point of contact for clients, attending meetings and maintaining strong relationshipsMonitor installation quality and ensure work meets required standardsRequirementsProven experience in flooring installation, contracts management, or a similar role (commercial or residential)Strong technical knowledge of flooring systems, subfloor preparation, and installation methodsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and project timelinesWhat''s on OfferSalary between 35,000 - 40,000 per annum (direct through our Client)6-month contract with training providedOpportunity to work on a variety of flooring projects across the local areaIf you''re ..... full job details .....
