This role focuses on restoring and refurbishing raised access flooring systems, helping clients avoid costly full replacements while achieving high-quality, professional results.Key ResponsibilitiesRemoval, lifting, and re-laying of metal raised floor tilesCleaning and refurbishment of raised access flooring systemsRemoval of tackifier and adhesive residuesCarrying out pre-handover cleaning for CAT A and CAT B fit-outsUsing eco-conscious, solvent-free cleaning methodsEnsuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standardSupporting site teams to meet project deadlines About the Company The company provides a smarter, more sustainable alternative to full floor replacement.
