Working closely with the General manager you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards. staff meals on shift.Career progression opportunities , on going training to develop yourself personally and professionally.What you''ll be doing as a Floor managerat The Fat Badger:Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours, while staying within budgeted labour costs.Actively support and collaborate with the General manager and marketing team to implement promotional strategies and enhance the venue visibility in the local community.Manage budgets, monitor expenses, control labour costs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.Ensure the restaurant complies with allconditions of the license, policy and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment.Monitor quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with the team to maintain high standards and support your team during a busy service.About you, our new Floor manager atThe Fat Badger:Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.Ideally have previous experience in a high end venue or fine dining.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededIf you''re passionate about providing excellent service, great leadership and creating memorable experience for guests, we''d love to have you join the team at The Fat Badger !
