Job Opportunity KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Leading and supervising the care team during your shift, acting as first point of contact and escalating concerns to the Nurse in Charge. • Setting the tone for the shift - modelling the energy, warmth, and professionalism you expect from the team around you. • Delivering and overseeing high-quality personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. • Administering and recording medications in accordance with company policy and CQC standards (where competency-assessed). • Completing, reviewing, and updating care plans and risk assessments using our PCS care system, ensuring accuracy and clinical relevance. • Spot-checking your team''s documentation and coaching improvement - not just completing your own records. • Supporting residents with nutrition and mealtimes - ensuring these are social, dignified occasions, not rushed routines. • Mentoring junior care staff: conducting supervisions, supporting inductions, and ..... full job details .....
