Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.Benefits
