experience for our guests by supporting the Restaurant Manager in guiding the floor team and running a smooth operation. We are looking for someone passionate and very hospitable in their approach to customer service. This is a 48-hour, salaried position.

Support the floor team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional serviceSupport the team:

Make sure your team is familiar with service procedures, updated employee manuals, and provide necessary training. Your effort will ensure the reception team can confidently deal with guest queries and daily dutiesOperational excellence and communication:

maintain effective communication between the team and senior management so that everything is excellently executed

You will be paid £30,534.76 per year. In addition, you can be a part of the venues Tronc system, which may give you up to £10,003.20 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
