This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled flooring professional seeking the security and benefits of a permanent position. The role will involve working across both occupied and void social housing properties, carrying out a range of flooring repairs, replacements, and installations as part of a busy repairs and maintenance contract. The Role As a Floor Layer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring works within domestic social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of finish. Key Responsibilities Installation and repair of vinyl flooring, cap and cove, safety flooring, laminate, and sheet flooring. Carrying out floor preparation works, including screeding, levelling, and sub-floor repairs. Completing responsive repairs and planned maintenance works within social housing properties. Undertaking flooring replacements within void properties to bring homes up to lettable standards. Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.
