This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in responsive repairs and occupied properties who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out floor laying repairs and replacements within occupied and void social housing properties. Install and repair a variety of floor coverings including vinyl, safety flooring and laminate. Prepare subfloors and complete associated making-good works. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales. Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants'' homes.
