This is a specialist role requiring a strong background in cap and cove flooring alongside basic plumbing experience. Working within occupied properties, you''ll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs while providing excellent customer service to tenants. This role may also suit professionals currently working in, or ready to step into, the following positions:- Floor Layer, Vinyl Floor Layer, Flooring Installer, Multi Trade Operative (Flooring Bias), Multi Skilled Operative, Multi Trade Plumber or Wetroom Fitter.
