The successful candidate will work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service to tenants. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out floor laying repairs and renewals within occupied social housing properties.Install, repair, and maintain a variety of flooring types including vinyl, safety flooring, sheet vinyl, laminate, and carpet tiles.Undertake floor preparation works including latex screeding, patch repairs, and subfloor preparation.Ensure all flooring installations are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.Complete up to 7 jobs per day across the designated patch.Communicate professionally and courteously with residents at all times.Accurately update job progress and completion details using a mobile application.Follow all heal...
