The successful candidate will work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service to tenants. Key Responsibilities Carry out floor laying repairs and renewals within occupied social housing properties. Install, repair, and maintain a variety of flooring types including vinyl, safety flooring, sheet vinyl, laminate, and carpet tiles. Undertake floor preparation works including latex screeding, patch repairs, and subfloor preparation. Ensure all flooring installations are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
