You''ll carry out a wide range of flooring installations and repairs across repairs and void social housing properties, helping to deliver a stable, high-quality service to the local community.This is a hands-on role requiring technical precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of flooring materials and techniques. You''ll work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.
