Floor Layer

GVR Building Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join an upcoming project at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Floor Layer with strong commercial flooring experience to work within a busy aviation environment. Duties Carrying out commercial floor laying works Preparing floors and subfloors prior to installation Measuring, cutting and fitting flooring accurately Installing flooring to drawings and project specifications Completing finishing works to a high standard Working alongside other trades and site teams Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all site and airport Health and Safety procedures Requirements Proven experience as a Floor Layer Previous commercial flooring experience Valid CSCS card Own tools and PPE High standard of workmanship Reliable and professional approach Able to work effectively within a busy site environment Heathrow Requirements DBS check will be required Candidates must be able to provide a 5-year employment history Previous aviation or airport experience is advantageous, but not essential Additional airport security and vetting requirements may apply If you are an experienced Floor Layer interested in working at Heathrow Airport, please get in touch with GVR Building Services. ..... full job details .....
