We are currently working on behalf of a large social housing contractor. My client is currently looking for a Floor Layer to join their team covering the Richmond/ Kingston/ Mertom area. This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation carrying out flooring repairs, maintenance and installations within residential properties. Duties will include: Installing various floor coverings including Vinyl, Lino, Carpet, Laminate and Tiles Fitting Poly Safe flooring Cap & Cove flooring Wet room flooring Preparing surfaces including cleaning, levelling and applying adhesives/underlays Carrying out repairs to existing flooring Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Working safely and professionally within occupied properties To be considered for this role, you must have previous Floor Laying experience, ideally within social housing or residential maintenance.
