You will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work in occupied and void social housing properties across Harrow and surrounding areas.This is a great opportunity for a skilled, reliable tradesperson who can confidently work across a range of trades, with a particular focus on flooring and carpentry.Key Responsibilities: Laying vinyl, laminate, or other types of flooring including cap and cove (as required)Repairing or replacing window boards, locks, and handles.Use a PDA or mobile device to receive job information and update job statusEnsure all work meets quality standards and complies with health and safety regulationsMaintain a professional, courteous approach when working in occupied homes.Requirements: Full UK Manual Driving LicenceAble to pass a Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checkCompetent in additional trades such as plumbing, tiling, and decoratingStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent communication and customer service skillsBenefits: Company van and fuel card provided for work useWeekly payPotential for long-term or permanent employment based on performanceSupportive and professional team ..... full job details .....
