Floor Layer – Pub Refurbishments

Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract
Salary: £20per hour CIS – PAYE option available

About the Role

We are working with a growing refurbishment contractor specialising in pub renovations across London. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join their team, working on fast-paced pub refurbishment projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of various flooring types including:
• Vinyl (sheet & tiles)
• LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile)
• Safety flooring
• Carpet tiles
• Laminate and engineered wood (where required)
• Floor preparation including latex/screeding and subfloor repairs
• Reading and working from drawings and site plans
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Experience working on commercial refurbishment projects (pubs or hospitality experience desirable)
• Strong knowledge of floor preparation techniques
• Own tools and PPE
• Full UK driving licence essential
