Floor Layer

I''m looking for a Floor Layer for a contract working on tenanted Kitchen and Bathroom refurb schemes around Birmingham. This is an ongoing role paying -190210 a day on a self employed basis

The Floor layer will be required to screed the kitchen floor & flat lay vinyl in the bathroom and kitchens

All materials will be delivered to site

Ideally, I need a floor layer that''s got their own tools and transport, and has experience working on social housing contracts previously.

In return, the floor layer will receive:

• -190210 a day
• weekly pay, CIS
• ongoing work (this contract is for the next two years)
