The successful Floor Layer will install and repair floor coverings in occupied or vacant housing association properties in Skelmersdale and surrounding areas. Key duties include sub-floor preparation, fitting vinyl safety or cap-and-cove flooring, and maintaining customer care. The pay rate for this role is £23.63PH and the role comes with a company van and fuel card.
