This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled floor layer with experience working in occupied residential properties, delivering high-quality flooring installations and repairs. Key Responsibilities Laying and repairing a variety of floor coverings, including vinyl, safety flooring, cap and cove, laminate, and carpet tiles. Preparing subfloors, including screeding and floor levelling. Carrying out floor repairs and replacements in occupied and void properties. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales. Working closely with tenants and providing excellent customer service. Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment at all times. What We''re Looking For Proven experience as a Floor Layer. Strong knowledge of vinyl, safety flooring, wet rooms, and domestic flooring installations. Experience working within social housing, residential maintenance, or local authority contracts.
