The role of Flood Risk Associate will involve acting as a senior technical authority in flood risk, reviewing and signing off technical reports, and supporting a team of flood risk and drainage specialists. The role will also involve liaising with clients, supporting bids and tenders, undertaking Flood risk assessments and planning-related work, and providing site intelligence, innovative design solutions, technical advice, and project management across a range of projects.

The requirements for the Flood Risk Associate:

• Extensive professional experience within flood risk, drainage, or water management consultancy.
• Previous knowledge in writing and reviewing Flood Risk Assessments, drainage strategies and technical reports.
• A qualified degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Management, or something in relation
• Great communication and management skills
• Knowledge of relevant flood risk and drainage modelling/design software
• Live in or near to Reading
• A full UK driving license
• The full right to work in the UK
