Ensure constraints and opportunities posed by regulatory changes are identified and incorporated into strategic decision making ·Lead the planning, development and delivery of the Strategic Flood Management team, the Sustainable Drainage team and the Flood Capital Programme team workstreams to ensure the required outcomes and standards are delivered either directly; through commissioned or funded services; or via community empowerment.
